Nourished & Grounded is:

A 6-month, 1-on-1 transformative experience where you will receive individualized support, strategy and coaching within the context of a proven framework that delivers a lasting and profound transformation to your health AND your relationship with food and your body. 

This program was mindfully and carefully designed for women who want to:

​

  • Learn and apply nutrition strategies that will help them nourish their bodies, eat with knowledge, confidence and feel empowered in their food choices (aka, never worry whether you are eating enough protein again :)

​

​

  • Get to the root of and transform their relationship with food and build a healthier body image so they can step into a new phase of confidence and strength;

​

​

  • Address the specific health challenges and uncomfortable symptoms they may be facing right now, whether that is fatigue, metabolic concerns (blood sugar imbalances, high cholesterol, chronic inflammation, etc.), emotional & binge eating, mood challenges, digestive issues, sleep disturbances, obsessive thoughts around food, body image and fitness.

Over the course of 6 months, you will receive individualized, 1-on-1 support, strategy and coaching from an Expert Nutritionist (MA; R.H.N) with 7 (+) years clinical experience in women’s health, eating psychology, and mindful eating.

 

We will work together within the context of a proven framework that delivers a profound and lasting transformation to both your health and your relationship with food, your body and the way you see yourself.

Nourished & Grounded
Program Overview 

The program is comprised of 12 modules that rest on 4 key pillars to support women’s health and relationship with food and body: women's health, nutrition, body image and self-image.

Here’s what’s included:

Individualized 1-on-1 coaching sessions (12 total)

​

These bi-weekly private coaching sessions are where you will receive individualized support and strategy. We will address your unique case, needs and you will receive tailored advice. The calls last 45-60 minutes.

Video/Audio Content Modules

​

Each module covers a specific topic within the program’s 4 pillars. The program framework is comprised of 12 modules in total.

Worksheets & Action Steps

​

These activities or action tasks will guide you in implementing the module’s content so that you are making ongoing, steady progress and get the most out of the program.

The nutrition program with Pamela was one of the best things I have done for my health. I have been a dieter most of my life, it’s all I have ever known, and although I have never been able to sustain any diet, no matter how hard I tried, I continued dieting not thinking about the impact it was having on my body. Living with multiple chronic illnesses made it more challenging and I felt the need to diet more for my health. I would lose weight and think it was great, but I still didn’t feel well. I always felt bloated, tired, had a lack of energy, horrible brain fog and a constant overall blah feeling.

I learned to eat when I’m hungry and not to starve myself no matter how stressful life can be. Pamela was there with me every step of the way, the private sessions were extremely helpful and provided me with the comfort of knowing I had the support I needed.

 

Although the 8 weeks went by quickly, my body has adapted to this new way of eating, which is a normal way of eating that I never considered before.

 

I wish I learned to UnDiet years ago and focus more on nourishing my body and my mind for my health rather than starving myself and causing added stress and havoc on my body. I will never go back to the stresses of dieting.

 

I am glad to have met Pamela and I am beyond grateful for her guidance and support during the entire program.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I start this program any time?
    Nourished & Grounded is a program with ongoing registration, however, in order to ensure I provide my clients with outstanding service, I have a limited number of spots available. I do have a waiting list in the event all my spots are taken, and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.
  • How do meetings take place?
    All of our meetings will take place online through a secure site.
  • I’ve done other programs in the past and it was hard to keep up, will this be the same?
    I hear you! I created Nourished & Grounded with this very specific concern in mind. Because this is the 3rd the program I’ve create, I’ve learned a LOT about what works and what doesn’t and what is realistic. Nourished & Grounded was mindfully created to ensure you make progress at a pace that you will be able to keep up with. As your nutritionist and coach, I’m here to help you find a way to make this work for you and succeed so you can count on my help because I am deeply committed to my client’s success. I’ve got you!
  • What happens if I need to re-schedule a consultation?
    The purpose of this 6-month program is to support you in attaining your goals and help you stay on track. Re-scheduling 1:1 consults is handled on a case-by-case basis. During the first meeting, we’ll go through the program schedule and make any necessary arrangements.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes. Payment plan options are available. Please inquire for more information during your complimentary session.
