It's time to stop beating yourself up... Diets simply don't work
As a Nutritionist, I see this all. the. time.
You start a new diet and sooner rather than later, you’re obsessing about food and can no longer take the deprivation and restriction. Next thing you know, you find yourself on the cookie jar/bag of chips/[your favorite thing], eating “imperfectly”. Guilt, overwhelm and frustration set in and it takes days to shake the feeling off
You tell yourself, if only I had more willpower/was stronger…
But here’s the thing, you’re not the problem, you’re not a bad person for being hungry
That’s why I follow an UnDiet approach, which is all about giving up diets for life, nourishing your body and re-building a healthy relationship with food.
If you dream of the day you no longer obsess about food, your weight and the next meal then welcome! I’m here to guide you on your UnDiet journey

Meet Pamela
About Pamela Groh, MA; R.H.N.

Pamela Groh is an Expert Nutritionist with
7 (+) years clinical experience in women’s health, food psychology and mindful eating.

She is the creator of 'Nourished & Grounded' a 6-month roadmap specifically designed for women who want to overcome decades of struggle with food and their body image.

Pamela’s passion for supporting women towards a deeper sense of freedom with food, a healthier body image and a strong resilient body they can love, trust and rely on is inspired by both her personal journey as well as the wonderful women all around her.

* She believes food shouldn't be so darn complicated (but totally understands why this is the case in this time and age);

* She dreams of the day when women no longer feel the need to restrict, control and shrink their bodies in order to feel right, enough and worthy...

* She knows what is like to feel totally lost with food, and is deeply aware that way too many women struggle with food and their bodies too, even when no one notices around them...

* She believes in the wisdom of our bodies and their ability to heal when mindfully nourished, rested and cared for.

* She considers it the privilege of a lifetime to be able to serve with her gifts on a mission that is deeply personal and meaningful to her and feels truly blessed to do this work.

As much as Pamela loves her work, she believes in the importance of keeping balance in life. She loves being in nature, traveling, dancing, learning new things and unplugging from social media on the weekends.

And in case you were wondering, like most nutritionists, she does not spend endless hours in the kitchen (and doesn't even like cooking all that much :).
