Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

These 5-ingredient cookies are hands down one of my most popular recipes. They are gluten-free and vegan, SO easy to make and SOOO good!


* 2 ripe bananas, mashed * 1 cup gluten free rolled oats * 1/3 to ½ cup peanut butter (almond butter also works great) * 3 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes * 40 gr 75% dark chocolate


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add some true cinnamon to the mix as well

  2. Place in a tray with a spoon and then add a square of dark to each cookie

  3. Bake for about 20 minutes at 350 C.
